Recipe: Coconut Delight Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 oz. Captain Bligh (You can also substitute this local St. Vincent red rum with another rum of choice)
- 1 oz. Kahlua
- 2 oz. Evaporated Milk
- 1 oz. Coconut Cream
- 1 cup Coconut Water
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together. Then, pour into a tall glass (or inside half of a coconut). Finally, garnish with a cherry and slice of pineapple. Enjoy!
