Ingredients

• 1 oz. Captain Bligh (You can also substitute this local St. Vincent red rum with another rum of choice)
• 1 oz. Kahlua
• 2 oz. Evaporated Milk
• 1 oz. Coconut Cream
• 1 cup Coconut Water
• Dash of Angostura Bitters

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together. Then, pour into a tall glass (or inside half of a coconut). Finally, garnish with a cherry and slice of pineapple. Enjoy!
